At Yule or Yuletide we honor the Winter Solstice, marking another turn on the Wheel of the Year. Yule initiates and celebrates the luminous, in-between time before darkness turns back into light. As we harmonize to the shifting of the season we become more attuned to the cycles of the natural world and ourselves. On Yule we honor the death and longest night of Winter’s deep and splendid rest.
As we immerse ourselves in vibration, resonance and frequency we will enter a liminal state to meet and journey with various Yule Spirits and landscape of the Aurora Borealis Northern Lights. Experience the the resonating, transformative vibrations of Janelle’s quartz crystal singing bowl, gong, and vocal orchestration for deep relaxation, nervous system rest and reset as the Wheel Turns once more during this Season of Yuletide.
We will be using nature-based apothecary formulations during the event by the powerful and exquisite Moon Goddess Magick Apothecary.
THE MYSTICAL:
Sound Baths create a vibrational atmosphere that facilitates a state of relaxation, lucid dreaming and deep meditation. This ceremonial concert is designed to provide an environment where energy that is no longer needed can be released, which shifts the mind, body and spirit into a deeply relaxed state of being. During the Sound Bath I invite compassionate Allies, Guides, Ancestors and Healing Spirits to arrive and work with each of us in this sacred space.
THE SCIENCE:
Guests are bathed in powerful vibrations and binaural beats that help entrain their brain waves into Theta. In this deeply relaxed state dynamic healing can take place, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, cellular regeneration, stress release, as well as, emotional, mental and physical healing.
Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable on the floor in silence for one hour. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, yoga mats, eye coverings, etc. are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and please be hydrated.
