Michele will guide you in a nourishing slow flow yoga practice transitioning to longer held restorative poses, followed by a guided yoga nidra practice to facilitate deeper states of rest, spaciousness and presence. The aim of this special offering is to reduce the effects of stress, resource vital energy, and restore whole self health through a supportive environment inviting complete relaxation and a sense of inner harmony.

Michele Trump
Michele instills her yoga teaching with 16+ years of experience in the healing arts with an integrative approach that focuses on the well-being of the whole self. She is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, completing her RasaYoga 200 hour teacher training in February 2019 and her 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training in October 2020 with Greta Hill. A graduate of Brenneke School of Massage, she has been practicing therapeutic massage and Reiki in the Seattle area since 2005. Expanding her practice in 2012, she completed her certification as a holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The spectrum of these modalities combine to inform Michele’s method of creating nourishing practice spaces grounded in awareness, alignment and the interconnection of mind, body, heart, soul and all of life.
