Hosted by the wonderful Datza Studios teachers, Ange-Elise & Datza, this 30-Day Gratitude Challenge invites you to engage in daily gratitude prompts designed to uplift your spirit ✨ and shift your perspective.

Through gratitude, recenter your heart ❤️ to live with more ease. This month will be dedicated to heart reflection and journaling, allowing you to connect with your inner self and discover the power of appreciation. Each day, you’ll receive a gratitude-related prompt that encourages you to reflect on the positive aspects of your life, fostering a mindset of appreciation.

This self-paced practice allows you to show up on your own time each day while staying connected to a grateful community. To enhance your experience, we’ll provide weekly emails filled with inspiration and guidance, along with daily communications to keep you motivated. You’ll also be part of a dedicated WhatsApp Gratitude Group, where you can share your insights and connect with fellow participants.
