Body Rolling is a type of self myofascial release. A powerful self-help tool developed as a way to give yourself the incredible effects of a massage or bodywork session. Feel your stress & tension melt away as you roll on the ball. Release & lengthen tight muscles. Relax and restore your body. You will walk away feeling amazing.
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a rejuvenating practice that can bring a deep sense of release and relaxation to the body. By using gentle pressure and rolling techniques, it can help to alleviate tension and tightness in the muscles, promoting greater flexibility and range of motion. It is an excellent complement to a regular practice, allowing for a deeper connection to the body and a greater ability to move with ease and grace. It can help to promote overall health and wellness, allowing you to feel more grounded and centered in your daily life.
Similar to getting a massage you can experience release and rejuvenation, as you work to release the tightness and knots in your muscles, promoting greater relaxation and ease throughout the body. MFR can help to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote a greater sense of overall wellbeing. It is an excellent addition to your wellness routine, helping you to feel more balanced and centered.
Cannabis, also known as marijuana, has been used for centuries as a medicinal herb in various cultures around the world. It can be helpful in modalities which emphasize mind-body connection and holistic healing.
Cannabis can be used to enhance meditation and relaxation, as well as to help relieve pain and inflammation. Some practitioners believe that cannabis can also help to increase awareness and connect with the higher self, allowing for a deeper and more meaningful yoga practice.
