It’s fall time and it’s the season to get grounded and to release the old and prep for the new! Autumn brings an increase in vata energy, which can make us feel anxious and unsettled. Join us on the mat this month to bring that earth element into your yoga practice, think strength, stability and stillness, feeling the ground beneath you and putting down roots. As always, Sadhana will include mantra chanting, asana and pranayama.
Meet Isha – Influenced by her journey of navigating life away from home, Isha is deeply passionate about inclusivity and diversity of the mental, emotional and physical in a yoga space. With over 7 years of experience practicing yoga in India, Dubai and the US, she brings with her deep studentship and hope to inculcate love and respect for the art and lineage of yoga, and al that it encompasses.
We suggest you to register in advance and arrive 10-15min before the session, bring your own yoga mat (mat rental $3). Walk ins are welcome. No late entrance.
