Join us for an evening of tranquility and creativity with “Canvas & Calm,” where the calming practice of yoga meets the liberating joy of painting. This unique class is designed to nourish both body and mind, offering a holistic approach to creativity and relaxation.

Schedule:

Yoga Flow (6:00–7:00 PM): Begin with a gentle yoga session focused on breathwork, stretching, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, this flow will center and prepare your mind and body for creative expression.

Creative Exploration (7:15–8:15 PM): Transition into a relaxed painting workshop led by Isha. Explore various techniques and let your creativity flow, guided by the calm energy cultivated during yoga.

Class Highlights:

All Materials Provided: We provide all painting supplies, including canvases, paints, and brushes. Just bring yourself and enjoy a hassle-free experience.

Mindful Connection: Embrace mindfulness as you connect with your inner self, channeling your thoughts and emotions onto the canvas. It’s a perfect opportunity to de-stress and explore your artistic side.

Relaxed Atmosphere: Enjoy a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can express yourself freely. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, this class is for everyone.

Refreshments Included: Sip on herbal tea while you paint, adding an extra touch of relaxation to your evening.

Full Experience: Yoga + Painting = $35, or $15 for studio members (auto-pay and 1-year prepaid).

Influenced by her journey of navigating life away from home, Isha is deeply passionate about inclusivity and diversity of the mental, emotional and physical in a yoga space. With over 7 years of experience practicing yoga in India, Dubai and the US, she brings with her deep studentship and hope to inculcate love and respect for the art and lineage of yoga, and all that it encompasses.
