In this experience we have woven the art of coming home to our body, cultivate deep rest for our senses, and restoration of our body and mind. Dr. Anup will guide you through of learning a series of breathes that you can incorporate with your daily routines to optimize health, balance, clarity and emotional readiness for whatever may arise this autumn. Following this, sound bath by Amber will invite a restful bliss and healing rejuvenation.

Amber specializes in energy and body therapies including esoteric acupuncture, ayurvedic bodywork and crystal singing bowls.
