Come to open your seven Chakras and connect to your true potential, your innate self. By allowing oneself to connect with gems from the earth we honor life and existence. Learn how to incorporate crystals into your daily routine – how to cleanse, energize, and bring positivity into your space.
Datza will lead you through a 45-minute flow to align with your Chakras. Yasmine will then explain crystal methodology and how to incorporate crystals into your practice and life. This includes in mediation, yoga, work, and at home.
Once you’ve learned the basics, you can create your own ritual – respecting the circle of life with crystals from the earth.
Each participant will be able to choose their own crystal to take home.
