This workshop is for all teachers, new and seasoned who would like to learn the art of adjustments. In this workshop you will go through a stop / start style flow where everyone is practicing together, and pausing to practice adjustments on each other throughout the workshop. These adjustments are mainly for vinyasa style classes but could also be for a hatha class.
You will learn what the purpose of each adjustment is, what adjustments are best for each particular student, and how to approach adjustments in a thoughtful and respectful way. This workshop is designed to give both you and your students a better understanding of what is going on in your body in each posture.
After this workshop you should feel confident giving simple adjustments during your public yoga classes and will have more to offer during a private yoga class.
Price: $65 before March 1st/ $75 after March 1st
