Mantras give our mind a high vibrational focal point, to balance our energy and quiet our racing thoughts. In this 2-hour workshop, we will learn to pronounce and chant the Mul Mantra. This mantra expresses a universal oneness and unity. As we learn to pronounce the words, and understand their meanings, we find that we can tap into an inner sense of “knowing”–beyond the realm of thought and logic. Come experience where your own sound can transport you!
