Join the guest teacher Felicia Lubertazzi for Buddhi Yoga Twerk workshop – an opportunity to learn and discuss all of the benefits of twerk, the mechanics and techniques, and why we incorporate it into a Buddhi practice. The session will wrap up with 60-minute Buddhi class, no previous experience is required.

Buddhi is a high-energy, endorphin-producing holistic workout founded on the Big Island of Hawaii that incorporates elements of dynamic yoga, sensual dance, powerful movements, and blast of cardio to connect mind, body, and soul.
A practice for anyone, irrespective of age, gender, or physique. A challenge for everyone, regardless of fitness level, prior experience, or background.

Meet Felicia – a visiting instructor from Malta. Trained on the Big Island of Hawaii and in the jungles of Mexico, she has over a decade of Buddhi experience and a strong Vinyasa foundation. She has taught workshops all over the world, including Shanghai, Singapore, Colombia, and many cities in Europe and the USA. Her passion is bringing the Buddhi practice and its benefits to new practitioners. She is a Yoga Alliance certified YACEP, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and trains other instructors both in Vinyasa and Buddhi.
