Join us for a luxurious journey into the depths of stillness and quietude, allowing you to access your own capacity for deep rest and relaxation of body and mind.
We will begin with sweet, gentle movement and a short breathing practice before dropping into the quietude of Restorative postures. Restorative yoga is a receptive practice in which your body is passive throughout the experience, completely supported by props, allowing you to fully release into subtle postures. The poses are held anywhere from 5-20 minutes and intend to soothe your nervous system.
This practice will include guided meditation and a hot stone experience. Hot stones help relax and ease tension in the muscles and soft tissues of the body.
Expect to leave relaxed, renewed, and ready for the festive month ahead.
People of all backgrounds, levels, sizes, and ages are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come as you are with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.
Please do dress in cozy layers, and bring the following: a comfy blanket, an eye cover, and socks.
Space is limited to 8 participants, early registration is highly suggested.
Investment in you: $75 – general admission, 10% off member’s pricing (those who are on 1 year prepaid or monthly auto pay).
