On February 1st (new moon), we started 3 week course with intention to release shame, fear, blockages and judgment and instead harness your inner self with who you are at the core, underneath all the noise of the previous year. Learn more about the course – https://www.datzastudios.com/joyful-living-claiming-your-powers-back/.
We are wrapping up the course with 75 min class guided by Datza and guest teacher Annie. If you haven’t taken the course but feel called to move with us, join the “grand finale” class and claim what is yours and let go what is not.
In this session we will move and groove, breath and meditate. This class is about releasing the past and resetting yourself at anytime by connecting with the present moment, letting go of negative energy by accepting it is what it is, forgiving yourself and others and moving forward with aligned action and new intentions.
Datza will guide your through “Pick me up flow” and Annie will wrap up the class with restorative postures and guided meditation focused on getting unstuck. During the meditation, we will let go of any resentments, guilt and shame. Then do a visualization of the future self living with in alignment with new values and goals.
Both of the teachers will incorporate breathwork which will send a message to the nervous system that we are safe and slow down the heart rate. Very helpful tool to reset anytime during the day.
