Join Michele & Nicole for a spacious 2.5 hour gentle & Restorative yoga practice with hands-on healing.
This sweet practice will open you to the nectar of the moon’s vibrance with gentle movement, allowing you to slow down and unwind before settling into the supported stillness of long-held Restorative postures and yoga nidra. Throughout the Restorative postures you will receive Reiki and/or massage to support your inner calm and relaxation. Optional aromatherapy will add another layer of depth to your inward journey.
People of all backgrounds, levels, sizes, and ages are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come as you are with the willingness to be still and present with yourself. Students may opt in or out of hands-on at any time during the practice.
Participants should dress in comfortable layers, and are requested to bring an eye cover, socks, and your favorite blanket.

Facilitators
Michele is a devoted practitioner and student of Rasa Yoga and Ayurveda with nearly 20 years of experience in the healing arts. The spectrum of these modalities combine to inform Michele’s approach to the classes she teaches by creating nourishing practice spaces grounded in awareness, intelligent alignment, and the invitation to remember the interconnection of mind, body, soul, and the wisdom of Nature.
Nicole teaches people to slow down. She is deeply passionate about the potency of stillness as a transformational practice – and an antidote to modern living. The space she holds is warm, compassionate, and supportive; creating and holding a container for students to be who, what, and where they are. Nicole (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a Relax and Renew® Advanced Trainer (via Judith Hanson Lasater), Reiki practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Yoga Therapist-in-training with Essential Yoga Therapy.
